Walsin Lihwa Corporation announced its net operating revenue for June 2008, on a stand-alone basis, was NT$6.8 billion, a decrease of 9% from June last year. January through June net operating revenue for 2008 totaled NT$42.7 billion, a decrease of 1% compared to 2007.
On a consolidated basis, the company's net operating revenue for June 2008 was NT$ 14.5 billion, a decrease of 3% from June last year. January through June revenue for 2008 totaled NT$89.8 billion, an increase of 10 percent compared to the previous year.
Walsin Lihwa Corporation, established in 1966, has been the leading manufacturer for copper wires and rods, power cables, and specialty steel in the greater China region.
